Hallmark Times spoke with one vendor who would be exhibiting at the event. Libby Barnes Sabella, who for more than an decade helped to change lives for the better in the Spring River area, will have a booth in the Expo and hopes to see familiar faces. She and her husband, David, will be operating the Eagle’s Nest Event Center booth, 14.
Sabella said, “David and I are excited to be participating in our second Bridal Expo which is at the West Plains fairgrounds this year. If you’re getting married and thinking of a lovely rustic venue with beautiful mountain views, come see us at the Expo. According to ORN more than 30 vendors will be present offering: a wedding planner, venues, cakes, caterers, DJ services, jewelry and much more! “Sign up for giveaways and get the one-on-one time with professionals you’ll need to prepare for your special day,” a representative from ORN said, “this Saturday, January 30th at The Heart of the Ozarks Expo Building in West Plains. The event will take place from 9am-2pm. Masks are mandatory and social distancing according to CDC regulations will be observed. There is a three dollar admission fee.”
