Three Fulton County residents 27-year-old Tapanga Hahn, 46-year-old Jesse Gardner and 40-year-old Crystal Gardner have been arrested after the Mammoth Spring Police Department, 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force, Arkansas Community Correction and Thayer PD K-9 unit conducted a search warrant on the trio’s residence.

An investigation into Hahn began in 2023 after the Mammoth Spring Police Department began receiving numerous complaints of drug activity coming from the home.

On Feb. 8, authorities traveled to the home to conduct the search warrant and trash removed from the front of the residence yielded stripped marijuana stems indicating there “may be a ‘grow operation’ and processing”.

A search of the residence yielded more than four ounces of marijuana, two clear baggies with methamphetamine, a pink substance located on two silver spoons that field tested positive for opiates, five glass smoking pipes, digital scales and more.

As a result, Crystal Gardner has been charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, methamphetamine a class D felony; maintaining a drug premises, a class C felony; possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, a class D felony and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $10,000.

Jesse Gardner has been charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, methamphetamine a class D felony; maintaining a drug premises, a class C felony; possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, a class D felony and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $2,500.

Tapanga Hahn has been charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, methamphetamine a class D felony; maintaining a drug premises, a class C felony; possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, a class D felony and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $10,000.
