The Izard County Sheriff’s Office and the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force have been busy with multiple unrelated felony arrests related to drugs, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
In a weeks time, 36-year-old Kenneth Elder, 45-year-old Simon Ducker, 47-year-old Gena Edmonston, 51-year-old Brandon Stanley, 56-year-old Lee Hagan, 50-year-old Joseph McGowan and 43-year-old Heaven Willhite.
Elder has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia with purpose to inhale methamphetamine, a class D felony; possession of drug paraphernalia and an enhancement penalty as a habitual offender.
Ducker has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony; simultaneous possession of firearms and drugs, a class Y felony; and driving while intoxicated.
Edmonston has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and an enhancement penalty as a habitual offender.
Stanley has been charged with possession of a methamphetamine, a class D felony and with an enhancement penalty as a habitual offender.
Hagan has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony; possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.
McGowan has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony; breaking or entering a class D felony, battery in the third degree, obstruction of governmental operations and public intoxication.
Willhite has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony; possession of drug paraphernalia and furnishing, possessing or using prohibited articles, a class B felony.
