The Cherokee Village Fire Department (CVFD) and members of the Volunteer Auxiliary will host the annual Pancake Breakfast on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, beginning at 6:30 a.m. at the Baseheart Fire Station, 1 Baseheart Road, in Cherokee Village. Served until noon, the breakfast will include pancakes and sausage, coffee, milk, and orange juice. 

​Donations of $10 per person, or $5 for children under 8 years of age, will be accepted. Proceeds benefit CVFD educational, training, and equipment funds.Advance tickets are available at Baseheart Fire Station, Cherokee Village City Hall (Tourist Information & Welcome Center), and from members of the CVFD Auxiliary.

​Annual Independence Day celebration activities in Cherokee Village also include a late-afternoon boat parade as well as the ‘Thunder on Thunderbird’ fireworks show.
