¾ pound ground chuck

½ cup onion or onion powder

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

⅛ teaspoon garlic salt

2 eggs, slightly beaten

¾ cup cottage cheese

½ cup grated Swiss cheese

1 baked pie shell

Cook meat with onion and all seasonings then place the mixture in a baked pie shell.  Mix the slightly beaten eggs and cottage cheese together, then pour over the meat.  Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes and then sprinkle Swiss cheese over the top.  Cook approximately 20 minutes more until set.
