In honor of National Candied Orange Peel Day, here’s a recipe from Epicurious magazine. You can recycle your peels to create a tasty candy. Keep in mind that it wil take a day or two for the coating to dry. Have fun with something different using just three simple ingredients!
Simple Candied Orange Peel
2 large oranges, ΒΌ inch of top and bottom cut off
4 cups sugar, divided
3 cups water
