A Fulton County man has been charged with rape, a class Y felony.
According to documents filed in the Fulton County Circuit Clerk’s office, 34-year-old Charles Rawls allegedly committed the offense of rape on or about Dec. 29, 2021.
He was arrested and taken into custody. A bond hearing was held Jan. 6 at which time Judge Tim Weaver set Rawls bond at $100,000 cash or professional.
The affidavit regarding the happenings leading to the charge is not available.
