The Village Juniors Volleyball Team, comprised of students from the Highland School District walked away winners from the USA Volleyball (USAV) tournament in Batesville Feb. 5-6.

The USAV is the national governing body of volleyball in the U.S. and the two day tournament was hosted by Playmaker Sports Academy.

The Village Juniors walked away winning each of the five games they played.

The teams they played are ‘Mineral Area’ (South of St.Louis, Mo), J-Town’ (Jonesboro), ‘White River Jrs’ (Batesville), ‘Southside Sting’ (Southside) and in the finals, the ‘Memphis VB Academy’ (Memphis, TN).
