A slew of drug related charges have been filed against multiple individuals in Sharp County.
According to documents filed in Sharp County Circuit Court Oct. 23 and Oct. 24, seven individuals are facing felony charges for drug related incidences earlier this year.
36-year-old Mark Ryan McCrackin faces the charge of possession of a controlled substance schedule one or two methamphetamine or cocaine, a class D felony; 41-year-old John David Miller faces the charge of delivery, manufacturing, counterfeit controlled substance schedule one or two, a class C felony; 45-year-old Dwight Adam Simmons faces charges of delivering methamphetamine, cocaine or heroine a class C felony, Possession of drug paraphernalia manufacture meth cocaine etc, a class B felony, possession with purpose to deliver methamphetamine, cocaine or heroine, a class C felony and possession of drug paraphernalia meth, cocaine, heroine or fentanyl, a class D felony; 42-year-old Billy Ray Burge Jr faces two counts of delivery of a controlled substance schedule three, both class C felonies; 66-year-old Novella Dianne Pallardy faces two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, both class B felonies; 46-year-old Stacy Smith faces three counts of delivering meth, cocaine or heroine, a class C felony and 46-year-old Brandy Centao faces two counts of delivery of a controlled substance schedule one or two excluding meth or cocaine both class B felonies.
The arrests of Miller, Simmons, Burge, Pallardy, Smith and Centano, were the direct result of efforts of local law enforcement in conjunction with the Third Judicial District Drug Task Force.
