Investigators with the 16th Judicial Drug Task Force and Fulton County Sheriff’s Department made several arrests recently as part of a narcotics investigation.
In a series of affidavits filed Nov. 30 in Fulton County 61-year-old Joe Glaser, 41-year-old Joshua Strauser, 45-year-old Dustin Dougherty, and 45-year-old Anthony Washam are among those charged in the investigation.
The charges stem from a series of controlled buys were conducted.
As a result, Glasser has been charged with delivery of methamphetamine, a class B felony; controlled substances, offenses relating to records, maintaining a premises, a class C felony and as a habitual offender. Bond for Glasser was set at $30,000.
Strauser has been charged with delivery of a Schedule III controlled substance, a class C felony. Bond for Strauser was set at $10,000.
Dougherty has been charged with delivery of methamphetamine, a class B felony; controlled substance, offenses relating to records, maintaining premises a class C felony and with an enhancement for being a habitual offender. Bond for Dougherty was set at $30,000.
Washam has been charged with delivery of methamphetamine, a class B felony and controlled substance – offenses relating to records, maintaining premises a class C felony. Bond for Washam was set at $20,000.
