Ingredients

1 cup okra, chopped fine

½ cup onion, chopped fine

½ cup tomato, chopped fine

¼ cup flour

¼ cup cornmeal mix

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 egg, beaten

½ teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

Mix okra, onion and tomato together.  Mix together dry ingredients and add to okra mixture.  Drop by tablespoons in hot oil.  Recipe by Betty Boggs, South Logan.
