A man is facing the charge of possession or use of child sexual abuse material after sending pictures of his privates to a juvenile female.
According to the affidavit for probable cause of arrest for 21-year-old Lucas Clute on March 14, Clute “did knowingly transmit an image of his erect genitals to an individual known to him as a 16-year-old minor,” the affidavit said.
Clute faces the charge of possession or use of child sexual abuse material, a class B felony; bond has been set at $30,000.
