A man in Fulton County is facing multiple charges after deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 9 South in regards to a trespass.
When deputies arrived, they made contact with 59-year-old Richard Enoch Mansfield.
Authorities began to take Mansfield into custody when he allegedly pulled away and told deputies “they would face the wrath of God.”
He also threatened to physically harm the deputies if they attempted to take him into custody.
Mansfield was arrested and transported to the Fulton County Detention Center where two brass colored metal smoking devices, as well as a usable amount of a green vegetable substance were found on his person.
The items were seized and taken into evidence.
