A Fulton County man is facing felony charges after a report was made to authorities regarding a physical altercation.
According to the affidavit for warrant of arrest filed against 58-year-old Bryan Landrus, on April 20, the victim, who is a senior citizen, filled out a statement regarding the attack.
“During the altercation Bryan Landrus pulled a firearm and told the victim he was going to “fuck her up,” the affidavit stated.
The victim then sated Landrus then shoved her off the bed, began pulling her hair back and side to side.
Landrus also allegedly said he was going to force the victim’s mouth open so he could defecate in it and then rip her throat out and shove it elsewhere.
Landrus further assaulted the victim adding to existing injuries.
The victim was seen at an area hospital for her injuries and photos were taken for evidence.
As a result, Landrus faces two felony charges aggravated assault, a class D felony and domestic battery in the second degree, a class D felony. His bond has been set at $10,000.
