The Ozarka College Foundation has selected Kohl Caraway of Izard County to serve on the Foundation Board of Directors. Board members serve a five-year term and work collectively to support the mission of Ozarka College to provide life-changing experiences to individuals through education. The Ozarka College Foundation Board encourages participation and volunteerism in a variety of ways and foundation members serve in a public relations capacity to represent Ozarka College in their individual communities.
Kohl is the agency manager for Mike Watson – State Farm in Melbourne. He has two children, Kinley and Karsyn. He is an Ozarka College alumnus and also attended Arkansas State University. “I’m thankful for this opportunity,” stated Kohl. “Ozarka is such an asset to our community. It’s important that we support the students that choose to attend our local community college and I look forward to my role on the Foundation Board.”
The Foundation Board has members from Izard, Fulton, Sharp and Stone counties. “Kohl brings a tremendous amount of energy to the Foundation Board,” stated Suellen Davidson, Director of Development at Ozarka College,“ and I look forward to working with him on future projects to promote and support the College.”
The Ozarka College Foundation, organized in October of 1991, is a not-for-profit tax-exempt charitable foundation with all endeavors focused on expanding educational opportunities for and service to the College’s students and community.
