According to Izard County Chief Deputy Charley Melton, the following people were booked into jail during the past week:

Stephen Lewis, 34, of Mountain Home was arrested July 6 for public intoxication. Bond was set at $220.

Dannie Eugene McGrew, 60, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested July 7 for domestic battery third degree and public intoxication. Both are misdemeanors.

Carson Wayne Rainwater, 20, of Melbourne was arrested July 7 and charged with a class C felony for delivery of a Schedule I or Schedule II controlled substance. Bond was set at $15,000.

Melissa Williams, 51, of Calico Rock was arrested July 7 for failure to appear. Bond was set at $500.

Billy Andre Matthews, 43, of Redfield was arrested July 7 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both are class D felonies. He is also a habitual offender. Bond was set at $10,000.

Angela Lynn Ford, 53, of Melbourne was arrested July 7 for public intoxication. Bond was set at $220.

Krystle Jackson, 35, of Mount Vernon was arrested July 7 and is being held for another agency.

Dustin Seeley, 36, of Melbourne was arrested July 7 and charged with misdemeanor battery third degree.

Alicia Miller, 30, of Higden was arrested July 7 and is being held for another agency.

Wayne M. Smith, 68, of Pineville was arrested July 8 for possession of drug paraphernalia, a class D felony.

Rochelle Morris, 64, of Franklin was arrested July 8 on a petition to revoke.

Michael Eugene Williams, 58, of Calico Rock was arrested July 8 for failure to appear, fleeing on foot and resisting arrest. He is on hold for another agency. Bond was set at $1,740.

Chad Dalton Smith, 37, of Paragould was arrested July 9 for public intoxication.

Sunshine Thomas, 41, of Redfield was arrested July 10 for driving on a suspended driver’s license, no proof of insurance and equipment violation.

Barrett Yeager, 21, of Higden was arrested July 11 on felony warrants out of Faulkner County.

Alecxander Sexton, 28, of Calico Rock was arrested June 28 for failure to appear, domestic battery 3rd degree and possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors. Bond was set at $2,080.

Lucas Blevins, 27, of Batesville was arrested June 30 for probation violation.

Cody Raby, 29, of Mammoth Spring was arrested June 30 for failure to appear.

Robert Duane Raby, 43, of Dolph was arrested on June 30 for probation violation.

Jessie Ray Brock, 40, of Elizabeth was arrested June 30 for possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, a class Y felony and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class D felony. Bond was set at $30,000.

Bobby Joe Gray, 55, of Oxford was arrested June 30 for possession of drug paraphernalia, a class D felony and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class B felony.

Benjamin Jacob Hinds, 38, of Oxford was arrested June 30 for violation of probation, possession of a firearm by a certain person, a class B felony, possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, a class Y felony.

Jessica Qualls, 32, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested July 2 and is on hold for another agency.

Laci Taylor, 29, of Batesville was arrested July 3 for probation violation and is on hold for another agency.

Michael Robert Pinkonsly, 57, of Oxford was arrested July 3 for violation of Omnibus DWI Act. Bond was set at $820.

The following people were booked into the Izard County Jail during the week ending June 28, 2021, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton.

William Stanton, 29, of Melbourne was arrested June 21 and charged with maintaining a drug premise, a class C felony and probation violation.

Linda Marie Burchett, 63, of Melbourne was arrested on June 21 for violation of the Omnibus DWI Act and littering. Bond was set at $1,190.

Lance Johnson, 21, of Mountain View was arrested June 21 and charged with negligent homicide, a class B felony, violation of Omnibus DWI Act and operation of a vehicle during DWI act. Bond was set at $25,000.

Jared Brayden Stringer, 22, of Melbourne was arrested June 22 and charged with fleeing in vehicle. Bond was set at $1,120.

Randi Garza, 29, of Salem was arrested June 22 and charged with criminal mischief second degree. Bond was set at $500.

Dylan Sanders, 29, of Pineville is on hold for another agency.

Kerry Sager, 40, of Mountain Home was jailed for failure to appear.

Michael Liscomb, 39, of Melbourne was returned to jail from another facility.

Jason Brian Parker, 50, of Calico Rock was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Jared Lee Sisco, 36, of Cherokee Village was arrested June 25 on a failure to appear charge.

Samantha Erin Scott, 28, of Heber Springs was arrested June 25 and is on hold for another agency.

William Richard Jones, 26, of Melbourne was arrested June 26 on a failure to appear charge.

Kenneth Eugene Allen, 25, of Mount Pleasant was arrested June 26 for failure to appear, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,760.
