The Izard County Sheriff’s Department reports “It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Y. D. Whitehurst. Y. D. was a great public servant who retired after nearly 40 years with the Arkansas Game and Fish before serving almost 12 years as a Deputy with Izard Count.”
