According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton the following individuals were charged during the past week:
Ronnie Eugene Ford Jr, 45 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on July 25 for public intoxication. Bond was set at $220.
Selena Nicole Flores, 22, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested July 26 for speeding, violation of Omnibus DWI Act and operation of a vehicle during DWI suspension. Bond was set at $1,790.
Donald James Jones, 44 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested July 28 for driving on a suspended driver’s license. Bond was set at $365.
Brian K. Cantrell, 28, of Pineville was arrested for probation violation.
Jason Roberson, 43, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested July 29 for public intoxication and is on hold for another agency. Bond was set at $220.
Michael David Chester, 31, of Calico Rock was arrested July 30 for careless and prohibited driving and for violation of Omnibus DWI Act. Bond was set at $1,790.
John Joe Nalley, 36, of Calico Rock was arrested July 30 for harassing communications and battery 3rd Degree. Both are misdemeanors. Bond was set at $5,000.
Zachary Butler, 34, of Batesville was arrested July 31 and is currently on hold for another agency.
Jonathan Wolford, 29, of Batesville was arrested July 31 and charged with fictitious tags, no proof of insurance, driving on a suspended license, failure to register and restricted license violation. Bond was set at $1,395.
Bobby L. Butler, 37, of Melbourne was arrested July 31 and charged with disorderly conduct. He is on hold for another agency. Bond was set at $220.
