The Izard County Jr. High Quiz Bowl team is the champion of the NAESC Tournament that took place recently at OzarkaCollege on Wednesday Jan. 10. The cougars tallied a 5-0 record with the following winds. ICC 290 to Mammoth Spring 140; ICC 410 to Rural Special 70; ICC 270 to Highland 160; ICC 320 to Mt. View 220; Championship games: Icc 225 to Cave City 185. Evan Cole led scoring with an average of 8 tossups per game. Alex Millington and Ian Bear each contributed 4 toss-ups per game.
