The Highland Fire Department is seeking sponsors for an upcoming community outreach and fundraising event slated for Sept. 8, during the Highland Rebels Homecoming Game.
According to Highland Fire Chief Jackson Bates, the department will showcase trucks and equipment as well as their most valuable asset, the department’s firefighters.
“We will have pulled pork sandwiches and plates on sale during the game,” Bates said.
Sponsorship levels begin at $100 and include recognition during the event.
“There will be Thank You signs as well as a banner on display for these sponsorships, the higher the tier the larger the space for your business name or logo. We will have 4 different tiers of sponsorship depending on what you would like to do. Tier 1 is $100 and will include a spot on a Thank You sign and 2 plates; Tier 2 is $125 and will include a spot on our banner and 4 plates; Tier 3 is $175 and will include a spot on our banner and 6 plates; Tier 4 is $250 and will include the biggest spot on a banner as well as mentioned on Thank You signsand in addition will get 8 plates,” Bates said.
Additionally, Bates said there is one major sponsorship opportunity available at a rate of $400 and will come with increased recognition.
“If you would like to donate a product or service for a raffle, we would love the opportunity to get your products out into the community,” Bates said.
Bates said the department plans to have all sponsors registered by Sept. 1 in order to allow ample time for printing signs or banners.
