After placing 2nd in the 1A Northcentral Regional Tournament in January, the ICC Jr. High Quiz Bowl Team went on to place 3rd in the AGQBA 1A Junior Finals on Saturday, February 6, 2021. This year’s competition included 10 teams and was held virtually instead of the typical head-to-head format, in order to maintain a safe environment due to the COVID-19 pandemic. ICC’s team earned their ranking by compiling a total score of 1630, for an average of 408 points per game.
Case Everett averaged 12 questions per game, Keaton Melton had 8.5 per game, and Allison Hatman answered 3.75 per game.
