The Spring River Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the Harlem Wizards’ Broadway Team will be playing this year April 14 at the A.L. Hutson Center in Highland. Tickets available now!

Eric “Broadway” Jones, Harlem Wizards

Eric “Broadway” Jones, #5 and 6’2”, has been with the Wizards since 1998. Broadway previously starred with the Harlem Globetrotters and has earned the following titles during his career:  Urbana College Team Captain, World Scholar Athlete, and All-American. His motto is: “Being a Wizard is special. I realize that I am an ordinary person with an extraordinary job.”

Arnold “A-Train” Bernard, #9 and 5’6”, has been with the Wizards since 1999. He attended Southwest Missouri State University  where he was a College All-American. At his New York City High School he was an All-City player and stared a backcourt with Rod Strickland.He is a Streetball legend, Rucker Park top 50, a Globetrotter for 7 years and a Nike freestyler. “The coolest part about being a Wizard is like it is one big family,” says A-Train.

Devon “Livewire” Curry, Harlem Wizards

Devon “Livewire” Curry, #8 and 6’2”, has been a Wizard since 2013. He went to school in Pasco-Hernando Community College and Western Texas. He competed in FIBA 3on3 World C’ship, led college team in points & steals, toured with the Globetrotters & And1, and is a  NIKE Slam-Dunk Champ. Live says, “ God has blessed me with being a Wizard. I will showcase my skills to kids and families around the world.”

Lloyd “Loonatik” Clinton, #15 and 6’5”, has been a Wizard since 2007. He attended Allen University in South Carolina and his stats boars 24 points and 12 rebounds in a college game. His basketball skills, show stopping slams, comedy and appeal to the kids makes him a fan favorite. His motto is: “The #1 thing I love is seeing the kids laugh and smile!”

Leon “Space Jam” Sewell, Harlem Wizards

Leon “Space Jam” Sewell, #23 and 6’2”, has been a Wizard since 2011.  He attended Bethel College in Tennessee where he was a Rotary Club MVP, WAC MVP and won 7  slam dunk contests. He did a 360 ‘eastbay’ thru the legts to shut it down at Bethel. “I’m excited to join the Wizards and inspire kids and teens to make good decisions in life,” says Space Jam.

Brandon “Werm” LaCue, #22 and 6’3”, has been a Wizard since 2016 and attended Howard Jr. College in Big Spring, Texas.

General admission tickets are $10 in advance ($15 at the door), and limited reserved seating (with seat backs) that include a free team photo are $15 in advance at the following locations:  First Community Bank in Highland; FNBC in Highland, Ash Flat, Hardy and Cherokee Village; and Centennial Bank in Highland. Cash and checks only are accepted.  However, credit card ticket purchases may be made online at  www.harlemwizards.com for $1.25 processing fee per ticket.

Jamel “The Voice” Thompson, 5’10”, has been a Wizard since 1997.
