Mutliple boats at the dock had holes cut on top covers, seats slashed with a sharp object and one’s fire extinguisher had been used.
Three rental boats, four privately owned boats and a patrol boat were vandalized. The investigation is ongoing, if you have any information regarding the vandalism, contact the Cherokee Village Police Department at 870-257-5225 or Sharp County Dispatch’s non-emergency number at 870-994-2211.
