Three Izard County men, who are all registered sex offenders, face multiple felony charges following warrants for their arrest for failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements.
Timothy Noland Woods, 41, is facing multiple felonies following a warrant for his arrest filed April 22.
Noland faces three counts of failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements, a class C felony; possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a class D felony; possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor and an enhancement penalty for being a habitual offender.
Bond for Woods is set at $15,000.
A warrant for arrest filed April 22 states Larry Wayne Horton, 52 has been charged with two counts of failure to comply with registration requirements, a class C felony; aggravated assault on a law enforcement or employee of a correctional facility, a class D felony and also has an enhancement added for being a habitual offender.
The assault charge comes after Horton urinated in a toilet and then used his food tray to collect water from the used toilet to sling it on an officer.
Bond for Horton was set at $25,000.
A third warrant was filed April 22 charging Timothy Dewayne Kent, 52, with two counts failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements, a class C felony and one count possession of firearms by certain persons, a class D felony. Kent also will see an enhancement penalty for being a habitual offender.
Bond for Kent is set at $15,000.
