43-year-old Jeffery Mason faces multiple felony charges in Fulton County after authorities received information regarding stolen property from Stellar Construction.
According to an affidavit filed Sept. 15, an individual contacted authorities and stated between Aug. 25 and Sept. 5, Mason was involved in the theft of a large sum of property including a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado, cargo trailer and 18 foot car hauler trailer from the business.
During the timeline, Stellar Construction had been seized by the Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) and each item stolen had been tagged by the DFA.
As a result, Mason has been charged with commercial burglary, a class C felony; theft of property, a class D felony and an enhancement penalty for being a habitual offender with four or more prior felony convictions.
Bond for Mason was set at $10,000.
