On Sunday, May 9, 1:00 to 2:00, is the sound immersion event. Come and relax in the vibrations of different instruments–bells, bowls, rain sticks, chimes, and drums. These all create sounds that help one’s body and mind relax. Bring something comfortable on which to lie. A pillow is also great to have. Suggested donation is $10.00.

For events that require supplies, when the supplies are provided, donations are helpful but not required. You are also welcome to bring your own materials.
