The Arkansas State Police (ASP) have issued a Silver Alert for a Izard County man.
Shortly after midnight, ASP issued a media release which said 90-year-old Charles McCoy of Melbourne, was last seen near his home on Haley Street around 9:20 a.m. on Feb. 13.
He is described as 5′7 and weighs 130 lbs. He has blue eyes and gray, balding hair.
McCoy may be traveling to Camden, South Carolina, in a white Buick Encore with Arkansas license plate number 118ZYJ.
