On 9/3/2025, Agents with the 3rd Judicial Drug Task Force, the Sharp County Sheriff office, Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, Newport Police Department, and Troopers with the Arkansas State Police, executed a search warrant at 180 Turkey Pen Road in Highland, Arkansas.
The Search warrant is a result of an investigation conducted by the 2nd Judicial District Drug Task Force, the 3rd Drug Task Force, and the Sharp County Sheriff’s Office.
As a result of the investigation, law enforcement officers seized the following items:
· Approximately 9 pounds of marijuana
· 42 THC vape cartridges
· 16 firearms
· $1,711.00 in U.S. currency
Two individuals were taken into custody:
· Josh Eitzenhefer, 32, of Highland, was arrested for:
o Possession of marijuana with purpose to deliver
o Simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms
o Maintaining a drug premise
o Possession of drug paraphernalia
· Jaimee Gurley, 22, of Highland, was arrested for:
o Endangering the welfare of a minor
Both suspects were transported to the Sharp County Detention Center, where they await further proceedings.
