Run-off election results are in. In Fulton County for the race of State Senate District 22, Rep. John Payton Received 109 votes and Sen. James Sturch 45. In the race for State Representative District 2, Rep. Marsh Davis received 202 and Trey Steimel 150.

For the viola school board Position 2, Dustin Cotter received the majority vote with 268 over Derek Winter with 229.

In Sharp County for the State Senate Race District 22, Rep. John Payton received 700 votes and Sen. James Sturch 344.

For State Representative District 2, Rep. Marsh Davis Received 264 and Trey Steimel 151.

In the Izard County Judges race, Judge Eric Smith took the majority with 1,156 and Paul Womack with 1,087.

For Justice of the Peace District 2, Kelly Hatman received 151 and Bobby Russell 93.

Factoring in votes from other areas now included through the recent redistricting process, Trey Steimel received the majority vote for State Representative for District 2 and will run againstLibertarian, Teresa Norman in the November General Election.

Rep. John Payton received the majority vote for State Senate Race District 22.
