Grab your dancing shoes! Community square dances at the Ozark Folk Center have returned in March in Mountain View, Arkansas.
Admission is free and dancers of all abilities, stringband musicians, on-lookers and families with children are welcome to attend.
Square dances take place on the Thursday evening of March 23 and March 30, 2023 at the Ozark Highlands Theater, the park’s 1,000-seat indoor music venue, from 7 to 9 p.m.
Ozark Folk Center musicians provide live old-time music for dances and the stringband is open for anyone to join. Dancers will cover Ozark square dances, as well as two-stepping, waltzing, and jig dancing. Our goal, first-and-foremost, is to have some fun!
