Police in Sharp County responded to a 911 call of a shooting in the early morning hours of Jan. 3.
Shortly after 6 a.m. deputies with the Sharp County Sheriff’s Department, first responders and ems were dispatched to a home on Eagle Trail off Bald Eagle in Ozark Acres for a report of an adult male who had sustained several gunshot wounds.
Sharp County Sheriff Shane Russell said the shooter was apprehended and is in custody. More details will be released at a later time.
