Melbourne water customers, we are in the process of replacing all the meters with new smart meters. When you receive a new meter and it is updated in our system you can download the Eyeonwater app. You will need your email address, account # and add a 1 at the end of it and your zip code. From this app you can check to see if you have a leak or if you are using more or less water. If you need help setting up just let us know.
