A warrant has been issued and a man is facing multiple charges in Fulton County after investigators discovered 39-year-old Terry L. Johnson Jr., had allegedly participated in computer exploitation of a child.
Although the documents filed Dec. 5, are sealed in the case, Johnson faces five counts of computer exploitation of a child, class Y felonies.
“A person commits computer exploitation of a child in the first degree if the person:(A) causes or permits a child to engage in sexually explicit conduct; and (B) knows, has reason to know, or intends that the prohibited conducted may be: photographed. Computer expoloitation of a child in the first degree is a class Y felony.”
The charges stem from a series of incidents beginning in November of 2022.
Bond for Johnson has been set at $500,000.
