Izard County students recently competed in a spelling bee. Winners from this event included: 1st place, Jacob Stone (8th grade); 2nd place, Savannah Wright (4th grade); 3rd place, Landon Gross (4th grade); and 4th place, Kyler Brashear (6th grade).
As the Izard County Champion, Jacob Stone will go on to represent Izard County School District in the state spelling bee in Little Rock on March 13th.
