The following individuals were arrested last week in Izard County, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton:
Adam Smith, 36, of Wideman was arrested January 25 and charged with 22 felony class B counts of possession of a firearm by a certain person.
Richard Hancock, 34, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested January 25 for criminal trespass and public intoxication.
Cheyenne Lynne Kent, 24, of California was arrested January 25 for fictitious tags, no proof of insurance, no driver’s license, and failure to register.
Misty Day-Cruz, 36, of Clinton was arrested January 27 and is on hold for another agency.
Christopher Williams, 27, of Calico Rock was arrested January 29, for Violation of the Omnibus DWI Act, no proof of insurance, littering, DWI — operation of a vehicle during DWI suspension or revocation and speeding. Bond was set at $3,835.
Joshua Wayne Allen, 28, of Conway was arrested January 29 for probation violation.Robert Ervin Davis, 44, of Batesville was arrested January 30 for possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,120.
