The following individuals were incarcerated last week, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton.

Christopher John Frey, 29, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested December 5 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, probation violation, and placed on hold for agencies in Sharp and Baxter counties.

Alicia Marie Miller, 31, of Higden was arrested December 6 and is on hold for another agency.

Shelia Ownsby, 44, of Newark was arrested December 6 and is on hold for another agency.

Deanna Kaminski, 33, of Jacksonville was arrested December 6 and is on hold for another agency.

James Clair Lumley, 61, of Pineville was arrested December 6 for possession of a firearm by certain persons, a class B Felony and is on a parole hold.

Kalob Morton, 33, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested December 7 for contempt of court.

James Floyd Loosey, 58, of Lead Hill was arrested December 7 for contempt of court.

Zachoria Henry, 26, of Mount Pleasant was arrested December 7 for reckless driving, no seat belt, Violation of Omnibus DWI Act, vehicles to be driven on right side of road, fleeing in vehicle, resisting arrest, and driving on a suspended license.

Susan Hellums, 44, of Franklin was arrested December 7 for contempt of court.

James Ray Colson, 29, was arrested December 8 for failure to appear.

Elizabeth Ann Altom, 50, of Pleasant Plains was arrested December 7 for contempt of court.

Michael Liscomb, 40, was arrested December 8 on two counts of failure to appear, one a class C felony, possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, possession of drug paraphernalia and placed on a parole hold.

Crystal Sanford, 39, of Flippin was arrested December 9 for probation violation.

Sherry Brown-Anderson, 57, of Calico Rock was arrested December 9. Charges are pending.

Patrick Brice Hutchins, 25, of Franklin was arrested December 10 for driving on a suspended license and rearrested later that same day and charged a second time for driving on a suspended driver’s license.

Chancey H. Hogan, 41, of Norfork was arrested December 11. Charges are pending.
