The following individuals were incarcerated last week, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton.
Amber Rose Zimmerman, 33, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested August 22 for domestic battery 3rd Degree and endangering the welfare of a minor in the 2nd degree.
Gary Butler, 54, of Ash Flat was arrested August 22nd, on a hold for court.
T.J. Sanchez, 33, of Calico Rock was arrested August 22nd on a hold for court.
Jeremy Held, 30, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested August 22 for driving on a suspended driver’s license, vehicles to be driven on right side of road and possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony. Bond was set at $5,000.
Thomas Mosley, 42, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested August 23 for vehicles to be driven on the right side of road, DWI operation of vehicle during DWI license suspension, no proof of insurance and tampering with and ignition interlock device. Bond was set at $1,415.
Jordan Hammond, 27, of Salem was arrested August 23 and arrested for failure to appear (FTA).
Mallory Stracener, 29, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested August 24 for domestic battery 3rd Degree. Bond was set at $1,165.
Darren Weldon Wyatt, 53, of Melbourne was arrested August 24 for probation violation.
Daniel Duane Herrick, 64, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested August 26 for driving on a suspended license.
Valine Langston, 37, of Brockwell was arrested August 26 for domestic battery 3rd Degree and endangering the welfare of a minor. Both are misdemeanors. Bond was set at $1,805.
