According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton, on February 9, Jesse May, age 37 of Pineville, was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for domestic battery 3rd degree. May is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on March 4.
On February 11, Enjoli Decottle, age 41 of Fort Smith, was arrested on a parole revocation warrant. She was released on February 12 and ordered to appear report to her parole officer in Fort Smith.
On February 11, Richard Hayes, age 35 of Sylamore, was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb for domestic battery 3rd degree and interference with emergency communications. Hayes is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on March 18.
On February 13, Tommy Staggs, age 39 of Batesville, was arrested by Trooper Johnson for speeding, DWI, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Staggs is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on March 4.
On February 13, Nickolus Judy, age 26 of Melbourne, was arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief 1st degree. Judy is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on March 4.
On February 14, Joseph Langston, age 21 of Norfork, was arrested by Deputy Randy Brassfield for DWI. Langston is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on March 4
