The Izard County Junior Cougars defeated the previously undefeated Concord Pirates, 48-37, to win the 1A-2 District Tournament at Viola. The Junior Cougars were led by Kasen Black with 13 points. Garrett Dillard and Noah Mosley added 12 each. The Junior Pirates drop to 24-1.
