The Hardy History Association invites everyone to their Thursday, March 3, 2022 program, 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at the Hardy Senior Center, 304 Johnston, Hardy, Ark. The topic will be Rio Vista Memories by speaker Neale Payne. “Nothing profound, but a man with a vision and a son that carried it to fruition.”
