A Fulton County man faces multiple felony charges after authorities responded to a break in a the old Geep Store located off Highway 62 west.

According to an affidavit for warrant of arrest for 51-year-old Bryan Scott Fraley, on Jan. 2, authorities were in route to the scene they were informed Fraley had fled the scene and a traffic stop was conducted.

During the stop, Fraley was asked to step from the vehicle and a glass smoking device was located in his pocket. Two small baggies of methamphetamine were also retrieved and placed into evidence as were a set of bolt cutters, copper wire taken from the store and more. 

As a result, Fraley faces charges of breaking or entering, a class D felony; possession of a controlled substance a class D felony; possession of drug paraphernalia with purpose to use methamphetamine, a class D felony and theft of property, a class A misdemeanor.
