The Ozark Foothills Literacy Project will be holding a Fairy Tale Festival in Cave City, Ark., on September 17, 2022, beginning at 10 a.m. Games, prizes and free books will be the order of the day.
Organizers would like you to walk, run, roll, stroll, skip, or fly to Park Avenue and enjoy the fun! The Fairy Tale Fun Run has something for everyone, and thanks to our awesome sponsors, it is 100% free! Participants will stroll around the park playing games, collecting prizes, and of course, having a ball!
We’ll feature story time and a costume contest. Grand prizes will be awarded in multiple categories, but don’t worry, you don’t have to be in the front to win this race! In fact, we don’t want you to rush at all! Break out that favorite costume your child has been begging to wear to school and join us for an awesome event sponsored by the Bank of Cave City.
United Way of North Central Arkansas will also have an Imagination Library booth where children under five can sign up to receive a free book every month.
