A man wanted in Fulton County after breaking into a home, pepper spraying and beating the occupants now faces charges in Izard County, after he was apprehended by authorities there.

According to the affidavit filed May 1, Izard County Deputy Nick Taylor received information about a wanted person, 37-year-old Jarod Lee Sisco, was at a residence on West Ridge Circle in Horseshoe Bend.

Sisco was known to have an active warrant for felony charges filed in Fulton County.

In addition to having active felony warrants, it was discovered Sisco was out on bond for unrelated charges.

As a registered sex offender, Sisco had also identified as being delinquent on his reporting requirements with the Izard County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities with the Izard County Sheriff’s Department, Fulton County Sheriff’s Department and Arkansas State Police traveled to the residence Sisco was reported to be staying in and were allowed entry by the property owner.

Sisco was placed under arrest and transported to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department.

Sisco failed to verify his reporting information with the Izard County Sheriff’s Office and in reviewing his file, records showed Sisco has been found guilty of at least one prior felony offence and is subject to an enhanced sentence.

Sisco has been charged with failure to register as a sex offender or report address change, a class C felony.
