Residents in Sharp and Lawrence County reported feeling an earthquake in the early morning hours of June 6 and the good news is, they were right.
Multiple earthquakes were reported around Spring River country according to the National Geological Center, three earthquakes registered.
Two in Lawrence County and one in Sharp County near Williford.
The quakes ranged from 1.7 to 2.4 magnitude.
No injuries or damage were reported.
