Joshua Craig Robison, 45, of Cherokee Village is facing multiple charges in Fulton County after authorities were contacted by Arkansas Crimes Against Children Division (ACACD) of the Arkansas Department of Public Safety regarding inappropriate video footage in their possession taken at a Cherokee Village residence on Enconfina Drive.
While investigating the report, the ACACD investigator viewed a video on the Robison cellphone containing a video of a 17-year-old female undressed in the restroom after showering.
The videos taken by Robison were also e-mailed to his estranged wife who provided her phone for the purpose of downloading the videos that had been sent.
Two additional victims, both females under the age of 14 were also noted.
In one of the video’s, Robison can be seen adjusting the angle of the hidden video camera.
As a result, Joshua Craig Robison faces three counts of voyeurism, two counts a class C felony, the third count a class D felony and two counts of possessing, or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child, a class B felony.
Bond for Robison is set at $100,000 cash only.
