The City of Cherokee Village is looking for participants for the annual Cherokee Village Lighting Contest.
This year, first and second place recognition signs will be awarded and displayed in the yards of residences in each of the four city wards.
The contest is also open to participating businesses within the city limits.
The deadline to register is Dec. 11, signs will be picked up and returned to City Hall after Jan. 1, 2025.

Entry deadline is Dec. 11 at 4 p.m., judging will be held Dec. 14 and 15 at 6 p.m with winners announced Dec. 18.
The event is sponsored by the Village Pride Committee.
