The 4th grade students of Cave City Elementary have been diligently working to create a new community resource and further access to education, adventure and mystery.

On Feb.27, the Cave City School District announced the completion of the newest addition to the community, the Little Free Library.

“Cave City 4th grade students have worked on a community impact project to bring a Little Free Library to our town,” the district said in a social media post.

The Little Free Library is now set up in the Pizza Pro parking lot across from the Cave City Middle School and is open to the public 24/7.

“We ask that if you take a book, please leave one in its place to help keep our library stocked. It is currently stocked with a variety of books for all ages. Happy reading,” the district said.
