Changes have been made to the schedule for trial for Jacoby Goehler, Travis Barker and Jennifer Bowman-Harnden, the three charged in the murder of DavidLee Stansbury in April of this year in Salem.

According to documents filed Dec. 21 in Izard County, Barker’s bond was reduced a second time from $500,000 cash or surety bond to $200,000 cash or surety bond.

His bond was initially set at $1,000,000.

According to documents filed in Fulton County Dec. 22, pre trial has been moved for both Goehler and Barker. Pretrial is set for Feb. 9 at 9 a.m. with jury trial rescheduled for late April.

At this time, trial for Jennifer Bowman-Harnden remains unchanged and will take place Jan. 26-28

Goehler and Barker are both charged with murder first degree, a class Y felony, in the case and Bowman-Harnden faces a charge of Conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree, a class A felony.
