The Arts Center of North Arkansas (ACNA) will hold an Art Club meeting July 8 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
The class, Acrylic Flowers O’Keeffe Style will allow attendees to create and acrylic painting of a flower and learn about Georgia O’Keeffe and her colorful modern style. Artist Diana Long will lead the class and those who attend should wear a t-shirt or apron suitable for painting.
Supplies for the class are free, contact Diana Long at 870-270-4400 to register.
Additionally, a Diptych Experience will be held July 27 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The cost for this class is $20 for members of ACNA and $25 for non-members.
Students will complete two canvases by pulling string through acrylic paint to create designs of their choosing. Wear clothing suitable for painting .
