The Piece Makers Quilting Group is hosting A Hand Crafted Christmas slated for Nov. 6 from 9 a.m., until 2 p.m. at the Spring River Innovation Hub at Town Center in Cherokee Village.
The event will feature hand crafted gifts, baked goods and more with the proceeds benefiting the groups participating in the expo.
In addition to the Piece Makers who make and present quilts to area organizations to benefit those in need, Knitting for Noggins and the Cherokee Village Trails Committee will also have wares to sell.
Knitting for Noggins hand crafts crochet hats for children at Children’s Hospital in Little Rock and the Cherokee Village Trails Commitee holds an annual quilt raffle as well as selling hand made, reusable shopping bags.
The proceeds from the trails committee are used to help develop additional trails and sidewalks in the Village.
The community is invited and encouraged to attend A Hand Crafted Christmas this Saturday.
